Rexel seeks a CRM Executive to design and optimise real-time campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You will use unified profiles and behavioural data to deliver personalised experiences via email, SMS, push and WhatsApp.

Hybrid role based in Leeds with time in branches and hubs. You will drive retention, loyalty and value, keeping communications on-brand and commercially effective.

Qualificações

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to design and optimise real-time customer journeys.
• Strong written communication and content creation skills.
• Comfort with data, reporting and campaign performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Turn customer actions into personalised experiences across channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
• Collaborate to ensure campaigns are commercially effective and on-brand.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to improve insights.
