Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a CRM Executive to design and manage customer journeys from concept through to delivery. You’ll work with data to identify audiences, tailor communications, and drive engagement and loyalty on our new CRM platform.

This hands-on role involves building, launching and optimising campaigns, ensuring cross-device display, accurate tracking and clear reporting. A solid grasp of HTML/CSS is required, with the ability to collaborate with developers when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and deploying CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Experience using Braze or another leading platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or Klaviyo.
• Understanding of audience targeting, personalisation and customer lifecycle communications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including email troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail with a test-and-learn mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise CRM campaigns across email, push and SMS.
• Monitor performance, apply learnings and iterate future activity.
• Check communications display correctly across devices and email environments.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve issues and improve tracking and reporting.
