Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a CRM Executive specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys to design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

You will harness unified customer profiles and behavioural data to deliver highly personalised experiences across email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp, driving retention, loyalty and long-term value, while ensuring campaigns are aligned with our brand and commercially effective.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketing or Customer Insights Journeys.
• Ability to create and optimise automated customer journeys and campaigns.
• Strong written communication and brand tone.
• Interest in digital design and high-quality communications.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalization and performance metrics.
• Experience with channels such as email, SMS, push and WhatsApp.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools would be beneficial.
• Comfort with data and using Excel/Power BI to analyse campaigns.
• Clear, collaborative communication across teams.
• Curious, proactive and improvement-focused with a test-and-learn mindset.
