Rexel Group is seeking a CRM Executive specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys to design and optimise real-time marketing campaigns. You’ll use unified customer profiles and behavioural data to create personalised experiences across email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp, driving retention and long‑term value.

In this role you’ll ensure communications are timely, effective and on-brand while collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing or Customer Insights Journeys.
• Ability to create, manage and improve automated customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
• Strong written communication with ability to craft engaging content and clear CTAs.
• Interest in digital design and delivering high‑quality, error‑free communications.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, automation, personalization and performance metrics.
• Experience or interest in using Excel and Power BI to understand campaign performance and customer behaviour.
• Collaborative, proactive and improvement‑focused mindset; willingness to test and learn from insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Turn customer actions into personalised experiences across channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
• Help drive customer retention, loyalty and long-term value.
• Deliver relevant communications at the right time; ensure campaigns are commercially effective and brand-aligned.
