Rexel UK is seeking a CRM Executive specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. You will design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle, using unified profiles and behavioural data to personalise communications.

Campaigns will span email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp to drive retention, loyalty and long-term value while ensuring campaigns are commercially effective and on-brand.

• Proven ability to design and optimise real-time marketing campaigns.
• Experience in leveraging customer insights to personalise communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Use unified customer profiles and behavioural data to personalise experiences across channels.
• Drive customer retention, loyalty and long-term value.
• Ensure campaigns are commercially effective and on-brand.
• Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour using Power BI, Excel.
