Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a CRM Executive to design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You’ll use unified customer profiles and behavioural data to deliver highly personalised experiences across email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp.

Based in our Leeds hybrid model, you’ll drive customer retention and value while ensuring communications are on-brand and commercially effective.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM platforms to design and optimise marketing campaigns.
• Ability to create, manage and track automated customer journeys and campaigns.
• Strong written communication and content design with brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage unified customer profiles and behavioural data for personalised experiences across channels (email, SMS, push, WhatsApp).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are commercially effective and on-brand.
