Job summary

Rexel UK is hiring a CRM Executive to design, build and optimise real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. You’ll use unified customer profiles and behavioural data to deliver personalised experiences across email, SMS, push notifications and WhatsApp.

Collaborating with marketing teams, you’ll enhance customer retention, loyalty and long-term value, ensuring communications are timely, relevant and aligned with the Rexel brand. Hybrid role based in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building real-time marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
• Ability to turn customer actions into personalised and measurable experiences across channels.
• Strong written communication and content quality with clear CTAs and brand consistency.
