Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Housebuilding, Timber Frame and Manufacturing environments.
• Extensive experience in UK CDM roles plus exposure to HOP-style safety systems.
• Proven competence in audits, incident investigations, and digital safety tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with CDM2015 and support design teams.
• Conduct design-phase reviews and regular site inspections.
• Develop and enforce site-specific HSE policies and frameworks.
