• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of finance and contract management.
• Experience working with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial performance of allocated construction projects.
• Manage valuations and applications, producing accurate cost value reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly valuations/applications in line with client deadlines.
