Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Barista Trainer or senior barista.
• Strong understanding of speciality coffee.
• Confident communicator with great presentation skills.
• Comfortable travelling and delivering training.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, hands-on barista training.
• Develop and refine barista training programme and materials.
• Run on-site and virtual training and calibration sessions.
• Monitor coffee quality and provide actionable feedback.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams.
