Job summary

Softcat plc is seeking a Cloud Billing Analyst to manage billing for multi-vendor cloud and consumption services. You will work with large data volumes, gaining insights into a wide range of vendor products and ensuring billing accuracy through detailed analysis and cross-team collaboration.

In this role you’ll be the go-to person for sales teams and customers, balancing day-to-day billing operations with data analysis and customer support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in issue investigation and root cause analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and data analysis abilities; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data from cloud and subscription vendors to support monthly billing cycles and inform operational decisions.
• Provide billing support to account managers and internal stakeholders via ServiceNow, including resolving issues and participating in customer calls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Payable, and Account Collections to ensure seamless billing operations.
