Qualifications

• Experience leading operational billing/finance teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience handling high-volume billing processes and priorities.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Understanding of governance, controls and service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cloud billing operations and recurring billing cycles.
• Manage team workloads and priorities to ensure accurate and timely billing outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members for performance and growth.
• Act as an escalation point for complex billing queries and operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and team performance.
• Support governance, controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Operations and Customer Services to improve processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused, high-performing team culture.
