Job summary

Marc Daniels in Maidenhead seeks a Cloud Billing Team Leader to lead a high-performing billing team within a fast-paced cloud services environment. Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will own the delivery of cloud billing operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness across all cycles.

You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, Operations and Customer Services to improve billing accuracy, service quality and process efficiency as the business grows, while coaching staff and driving

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, finance or cloud services environments.
• Leadership experience managing a team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience handling high-volume billing processes.
• Understanding governance, controls and service management.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of cloud billing operations and recurring billing cycles.
• Manage team workloads and priorities to ensure accurate and timely billing outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members, supporting performance and career growth.
• Act as an escalation point for complex billing queries and operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and team performance.
• Support governance, controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to improve processes.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and operational improvement.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused and high-performing team culture.
