• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client relationship management
• Experience with HR technology or people-related platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, commercially aware with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build trusted relationships
• Be the primary point of contact for clients throughout the journey
• Deliver onboarding programmes and support platform implementation
• Guide clients through projects and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges
• Provide strategic advice to maximise platform usage and engagement
• Coordinate client projects and ensure milestones are met
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
• Conduct regular account reviews and identify improvement opportunities
• Keep clients updated on new developments and best practices
