Job summary

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a client in Newbury for a Customer Success Manager to build lasting relationships, support onboarding and act as the main contact after the sale. You will guide customers through onboarding and into the start of their contract, delivering training and demos to help users maximise portal and tool adoption.

In this role you will monitor engagement, review renewals and usage metrics, coordinate with suppliers, and highlight opportunities for account growth while

Qualifications

• Experience in an Account Management or Customer Service role.
• Experience in customer facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Experience using Salesforce is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale.
• Guide customers through onboarding and into the start of their contract.
• Provide training, demos and support to help customers use portals and tools effectively.
• Monitor customer engagement and account activity to identify risks or opportunities.
• Carry out regular check-ins to ensure customers remain satisfied.
• Liaise with suppliers to support smooth service delivery.
• Represent the customer voice internally and share feedback across the business.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell and account growth opportunities.
• Review customer success metrics such as usage, engagement and renewals.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track customer performance.
• Maintain accurate customer and account data across systems.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
