Monotype is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Manager in London to own a defined book of low- to mid-touch accounts. You will lead onboarding and platform configuration for enterprise clients, run live sessions and training, and drive adoption with data-driven strategies.

You will identify risks, advocate for customers, and partner with Sales to maximize renewals and expansion opportunities within a global SaaS platform.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Customer Success, onboarding, or SaaS operations.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined book of low- to mid-touch accounts; build trust with key users and stakeholders.
• Lead onboarding and platform configuration for enterprise accounts; ~90 days onboarding.
• Facilitate live onboarding sessions, training calls, and workflow walkthroughs.
• Use automation and playbooks to streamline onboarding and report progress.
• Be the customer advocate; collect feedback and share insights with Product/Support.
• Identify at-risk accounts; perform root-cause analysis and mitigation plans.
• Support renewal prep and expansion conversations; collaborate with Sales.
