• Development experience using Visual Basic (VB) or similar.
• Experience with workflow scripting and automation within a case management or business system.
• Experience of screen, document and form creation and maintenance.
• Understanding of database management principles.
• Ability to create and maintain workflow and technical documentation.
• Comfortable working in a role that combines system development and general IT support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues.
• You must have experience with visual files or similar case management systems this is absolutely essential.
• SQL experience highly desirable.
