DB Charles Recruitment are supporting a client in Lincoln to hire a permanent Support Analyst focused on application and software support. Hybrid working is offered, with 2 days per week in the Lincoln office. The role involves training on IT systems, handling queries, and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key skills include customer service experience, strong communication, and a basic knowledge of IT systems; SQL knowledge is advantageous. Salary is £27,500 per annum.

• Background in customer service or telephone support is preferred.
• Interest in IT & systems; recent graduates considered.
• Experience with application or software support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and in person.

Mansioni

• Deliver end user support after training on IT systems and applications.
• Log customer queries into the support ticketing system and track progress.
• Provide resolutions to application and software queries.
• Dial back customers and manage fault responses per procedures.
