Job summary

Huntress is recruiting a Junior IT Support Analyst for a Legal/Professional Services firm in Central London. The role offers hybrid working after probation, with a salary of £26,000–£28,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Hours are 8.30am–6.30pm on a 35-hour week, with shift patterns. You will provide first-line IT support, configure devices, manage user accounts and permissions, and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing.

Qualifications

• IT degree or relevant qualifications.
• Good understanding of Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications.
• Experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Interest in developing an IT career in a legal/professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network and user issues.
• Set up, configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices and user accounts.
• Manage user permissions, access controls and system login issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams telephony and video conferencing technology.
• Assist with software testing, installations, system upgrades and IT improvement projects.
• Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to colleagues.
• Liaise with external IT support providers and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain incident logs, manage tickets and update users regularly.
• Collaborate with the technology team to deliver projects and improve IT services.
