Job summary

KINGS COURT TRUST is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software within a central Bristol office. The role involves working with our MSP, supporting system administration, and contributing to cyber security hygiene.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT support, familiarity with Windows, Active Directory, M365, and device management, plus strong communication skills. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration.
• Experience with Windows environments and common business software.
• Exposure to system administration (Active Directory, M365 admin) and device management.
• Comfortable liaising with third-party suppliers or service providers.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues, triaging tickets or escalating as needed.
• Act as internal point of contact with our MSP and track tickets to resolution.
• Support system administration tasks including user accounts, permissions, and patching.
• Assist with technical implementation projects, rollouts, and migrations.
• Maintain clear documentation of processes and configurations.
• Support cybersecurity hygiene tasks and grow knowledge in this area over time.
