Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd, Manchester, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to establish a new Manchester office for a fast-growing tech business. You will drive new business across multiple sectors and help organisations improve visibility, efficiency and compliance across fleets.

The role features a £32,000 base salary with £15,000 OTE, and hybrid working after probation. Join a market-leading Fleet Technology provider during a pivotal expansion in the North West.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Executive or New Business roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across sectors including logistics, facilities management, engineering, utilities, construction and field-based services.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Conduct discovery calls and online demonstrations with decision-makers.
• Build relationships with SME and corporate clients across the UK.
• Generate leads through outbound calling, networking and referrals.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast activity in CRM systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
