Job summary

Proftech Talent is assisting in the recruitment of a Business Development Manager for a client in the vehicle safety and fleet technology sector. The role focuses on opening new opportunities, winning new customers and building revenue streams from the ground up.

You will work closely with an established sales team, develop your own portfolio and manage relationships from first contact through to revenue realization, including collaboration with marketing on lead generation and with purchasing

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with a hunter mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Background in automotive/vehicle tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of new customers.
• Track sales leads and report results to executives.
• Work with marketing to convert leads to revenue.
• Develop key accounts and maximise opportunities.
• Provide quotes for new opportunities and maintain records.
• Coordinate with purchasing and supply for delivery dates.
