Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Account Handler is essential.
• Construction insurance experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and meet their insurance requirements.
• Prepare and agree forecasts, targets, plans, and budgets with managers.
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Comply with FCA Principles for Business and internal procedures.
• Assist with London Market presence and placements.
