Focus Group in Manchester is hiring a Business Development Manager to own the full 360° sales cycle—from prospecting to close—selling our AI, IT, Cyber Security, Telecoms and Mobile stack to SME and mid-market customers.

You’ll use our Copilot-backed research, conduct discovery calls and meetings, and grow strategic accounts through cross-sell and referrals, with uncapped commissions and structured training.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Research prospective customers and run outbound campaigns to turn cold prospects into opportunities.
• Consultative selling: Discovery calls and face-to-face meetings; present tailored solutions that solve real business problems.
• Closing deals: Navigate complex full B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and close through value.
• Account growth: Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to build long-term strategic partnerships.
