Job summary

Focus Group, a fast-growing UK tech scale-up, is seeking a high-energy BDM to own a protected Fareham territory and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You will sell AI, IT, Cyber Security, Telecoms and Mobile solutions to SME and mid-market businesses, supported by in-house Copilot sales agents and MEDDICC coaching to accelerate deals. A clear path to uncapped earning awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience with complex or solution-based selling.
• Hunter mentality with experience in starting from scratch and expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Research prospective customers and run outbound campaigns (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) to turn cold prospects into opportunities.
• Consultative selling: Run discovery calls and face-to-face meetings; present tailored solutions that solve real business problems.
• Closing deals: Navigate complex full B2B cycles with multiple stakeholders, handle objections, and close through value.
• Account growth: Cross-sell, upsell, and generate referrals to build long-term strategic partnerships.
