Focus Group is seeking a high‑energy BDM to own a protected territory in the North region. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling AI, IT, Cyber Security, Telecoms and Mobile solutions to SME and mid‑market businesses.

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Resilience and autonomy to own outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and outbound outreach to build a robust pipeline.
• Consultative selling through discovery calls and meetings; tailor solutions.
• Close complex B2B deals, navigate multiple stakeholders and objections.
• Grow account relationships through cross-sell, upsell, and referrals.
