Job summary

Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Glasgow to join a leading UK banking group. The role involves handling customer interactions, supporting administrative tasks, and contributing to a superior customer experience.

Training is on weekdays, onsite for 8 weeks, followed by flexible full-time hours including weekends. A 12-month contract with potential home-working 3 days per week after training is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests to amend mandates.
• Be the point of contact for prospective and existing customers for a range of administrative tasks.
• Take ownership of queries and requests.
• Contribute to the team's overall business objectives.
• Ensure service quality is high and develop measures to assess the service provided.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across processes.
• Manage daily pipelines including emails, new requests, and internal approvals to maximise customer experience.
• Assess risks to keep the business and customers safe.
• Follow a contact strategy to keep customers informed throughout their journey.
