• Handle customer requests to amend mandates.
• Be the primary contact for customers for admin tasks and deliver a great service experience.
• Own queries and requests and track progress.
• Support the team in achieving business objectives and maintain service quality.
• Maintain high data quality and accuracy across processes.
• Manage multiple pipelines daily (emails, new requests, approvals).
• Assess risks and ensure decisions keep the business safe.
• Follow a contact strategy to keep customers informed throughout their journey.
