Job summary

Santander UK is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at Beverley (12 Month FTC) to support customers across face-to-face, phone and video channels, helping them use digital banking confidently. You’ll build trust through personalised service and respond to inquiries with practical solutions.

Joining the Branch Banking team, you’ll work to improve the digital experience, promote self-service and contribute to a high-quality, customer-focused service in a busy Beverley branch.
