Your Shortlist Original in Glasgow is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business with B2B clients. You’ll build relationships, schedule appointments with decision-makers, and present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This full-time, permanent role is based in Glasgow City Centre with hybrid work and an emphasis on growth, incentives, and career progression. 30–35k base salary with monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or SDR experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Generate decision-maker level appointments through B2B telephone calling.
• Present solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Present product/solution information effectively.
• Track leads and pipeline via CRM.
