Your Shortlist Original in Glasgow is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive success for clients in a flexible, growth-focused environment. You’ll build relationships, book decision-maker level appointments, and present solutions to stakeholders in a B2B context, using your communication skills to move prospects through the funnel.

This role offers a hybrid working model, a 33-hour week, and a salary of £30,000–£35,000 with monthly and quarterly bonuses.

Location: Glasgow City Centre - Hybrid + Office

Schedule: (Mon–Thurs 8:45pm–5:00pm, Fri 8:45pm–1:00pm)

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 DOE + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (33 Hours/Week)
