YourShortlist is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Glasgow City Centre for a hybrid setup. You will engage potential and existing customers, setting up appointments and presenting solutions to decision-makers, while maintaining a robust CRM-driven pipeline.

The role demands B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, target-driven approach. Expect a 33-hour week with a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus monthly and quarterly bonuses, plus holiday and wellbeing

• Proven B2B sales or SDR experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Generate decision-maker level appointments through B2B telephone calls.
