AECOM is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to support major capital projects across the UK, with a focus on water and environment sectors. You will lead cost management from inception through to completion, working with key clients and a capable team.

Join a hybrid work environment within our Buildings & Places Infrastructure group and contribute to high-profile programmes while mentoring junior staff and pursuing business development opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent).
Accredited MRICS (or working towards membership).
Experience of cost/ commercial management within infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception of a project through to completion.
Maintain high standards of professional competence with clients and contacts to bolster the firm’s profile.
Drive performance standards and technical excellence through communication and use of practice networks.
Maintain and develop good client relationships and uphold the firm’s premium services.
Support internal team and mentor junior staff on complex projects.
Develop marketing opportunities and alert Directors/BD to potential leads for new business.
