AECOM is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to support major capital projects across the Midlands and North of England. You will deliver cost management from inception through commissioning for water and environment sectors with a skilled team.

You will work with key clients, drive performance, mentor junior staff, and help grow the business. AECOM offers hybrid options and opportunities across a global infrastructure practice.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of NEC4 contracts, PSC and ECC.
• Experience of cost/commercial management within multi-organisation teams.
• Experience of working in a client organisation or through secondee arrangements is beneficial.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Accredited MRICS or working towards MRICS membership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver all aspects of cost management from inception to completion.
• Uphold professional standards in all client interactions and internal contacts.
• Drive performance and technical excellence through clear communication and networks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and promote firm profile as a premium service.
• Support junior staff on technically complex projects and develop the team.
• Identify marketing opportunities and assist Directors with new business leads.
