Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Darlington is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join its finance team. This hybrid role involves working three days in the Darlington office and two days from home. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial records, resolving billing issues, and preparing management accounts. Ideal candidates will have AAT qualification or equivalent, strong financial reporting skills, and advanced Excel capabilities. Qualifications

  • Qualified AAT or equivalent and working towards an Accounting qualification.
  • Strong financial reporting skills are essential.
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate recording of P&L and balance sheet amounts.
  • Resolve billing issues with the commercial team.
  • Prepare main trading account bank reconciliations.
