Active4Today Ltd is seeking an Assistant Digital Systems Analyst to join the Housing Systems Team within ICT & Digital Services. The role focuses on supporting, configuring and developing specialist software to deliver social housing services.

You will work with internal users and external suppliers to ensure reliability and ongoing development. The post requires experience with business-critical systems, strong analytical skills and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting business-critical systems, ideally in housing services.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with good time management.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Aufgaben

• Provide system support for social housing systems in line with SLAs.
• Monitor and improve data quality, resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with system configuration and development to enhance processes.
• Use SQL for data extraction and functionality development.
• Keep accurate records including tickets, project docs, and system manuals.
• Promote best practices in system use and data quality through training.
