Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator or Applications Support role.
• Strong understanding of how business systems support operational services.
• Confidence supporting system upgrades and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and run existing housing and scheduling systems, performing version upgrades.
• Review system data and performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key contact for system-related queries and support users.
