Job summary

PA Housing is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to shape and enhance its digital self-service products. You will manage the full product lifecycle, from vision and roadmap through testing, implementation and performance analysis, ensuring digital services meet business and customer needs.

You will collaborate with residents, colleagues, developers and partners to identify opportunities, turn feedback into improvements and lead the Digital Working Group to involve customers in service

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused roles within housing or public services.
• Involvement across the project lifecycle of digital products and systems.
• Experience testing digital apps and integrations; familiarity with website design and digital analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities for PA Housing’s digital self-service products.
• Work with developers, digital partners and internal teams to deliver, test and improve MyPA and other services.
• Lead the Digital Working Group to gather resident feedback and shape digital services.
• Manage digital projects from planning to delivery, including API integrations and back-office changes.
• Monitor product performance and use data to drive improvements.
