Job summary

PA Housing is seeking a Digital Systems Analyst to shape and grow its digital self-service products. You will own the vision and roadmap, work with developers and partners, and lead the Digital Working Group to ensure customer needs are reflected in service improvements.

You’ll manage projects across the lifecycle, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous enhancements while ensuring value for money and strong stakeholder relationships. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role within housing/public service.
• Experience with digital products, systems, services or technology projects across the project lifecycle.
• Experience testing digital applications and integrations between core systems; knowledge of website design and digital analytics.
• Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data to support decisions.
• Strong organisation and project management skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
• Experience of digital engagement methods including social media and customer research.
• Creative, innovative approach with interest in emerging digital technologies and value for money.
• PM qualification or demonstrable project environment experience is beneficial.
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a car for business use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities for PA Housing’s digital self-service products.
• Collaborate with developers, digital partners and internal teams to deliver, test and improve MyPA and other digital services.
• Lead the Digital Working Group with residents and colleagues to gather feedback and shape services.
• Manage digital projects from planning through delivery, including integrations with APIs and back-office systems.
• Monitor digital product performance and engagement using data to identify trends and improvements.
• Build relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure value for money and timely delivery.
• Develop and coordinate digital customer engagement and training for residents and staff.
