Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment seeks an Interim Senior Housing Applications & Systems Support Analyst to maintain and improve a local authority's housing applications estate. Focus on NEC Integrated Housing Management System, providing hands-on support and ensuring data integrity.

You will coordinate upgrades and act as the main link between Housing Services, Digital & Technology, and external suppliers, while working with technical, operational and business teams to deliver service improvements and

Qualifications

Strong experience supporting NEC Housing applications.
Experience with the NEC Integrated Housing Management System.
Background in application or systems support.
Knowledge of housing management in local government or social housing.
Experience managing incidents, problems, changes and releases.
Experience coordinating testing, upgrades and deployments.
Vendor management experience.
Experience supporting data quality, reporting and information governance.
Ability to work across technical, operational and business teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support and improve a housing applications estate.
Provide hands-on application support and maintain data integrity.
Coordinate upgrades and act as link between Housing Services, Digital & Technology and suppliers.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Work with stakeholders across teams to enable changes and service improvements.
