Onward Homes in Manchester is hiring an Information Systems Analyst on a full-time basis. You will provide 1st/2nd line support for business applications, focus on Aareon ActiveH housing management, and help improve digital services within a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL Foundation, strong problem-solving, and customer-focused skills, plus the ability to work across multiple applications within the ICT team.

Qualifications

• Experience using the Aareon ActiveH housing management system.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and logically.
• Desire to learn and succeed in a multi-application support environment.
• Understanding of housing sector environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team to meet targets.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line application support and maintenance for all supported applications.
• Assist in development and delivery of new functionality and upgrades; improve service quality.
• Deliver face-to-face and remote technical support to colleagues.
• Handle Service Desk calls professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with external support teams for system restoration and enhancements.
• Remember ICT priorities and adhere to service delivery standards.
