Zusammenfassung

Onward Homes in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to join the ICT team in a hybrid role, combining home and office working. You will provide application support, investigate system issues, and work with colleagues and suppliers to keep business systems reliable and efficient.

Qualifikationen

An understanding of business applications.
Demonstrable experience of working with the Aareon ActiveH housing management system.
Clear and logical communication of ideas.
Excellent problem solving and evidence-based diagnosis.
Desire to learn and succeed across multiple applications.
Understanding of housing sector environment and practices.
Able to work effectively in a team.

Aufgaben

Provide 1st and 2nd line support/maintenance for all supported applications.
Assist development and delivery of new functionality and upgrades.
Deliver face-to-face and remote technical support to colleagues.
Handle Service Desk calls professionally and promptly.
Liaise with external support teams for enhancements and deployments.
