Qualifications

• Registered Nurse / Therapist with current registration working at an Advanced Practitioner level.
• Clinical expertise relevant to area of practice.
• Post registration experience in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent health care to patients in their homes for acute illness.
• Develop and shape the two-hour response service.
• Manage and mitigate risk to ensure safe care in usual residence.
