Job summary

Leidos UK & EUROPE is seeking a 2nd Line Team Lead in Huntingdon to manage JUNO engineers (T3/T2) in a hybrid setup. You will oversee tasking, incident resolution and SLA compliance while mentoring staff and coordinating with third-line and external vendors.

You will lead projects, arrange early life support for new systems, line management duties, and act as a focal point for stakeholders, ensuring reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Lead 2nd Line JUNO Engineers (T3 and T2) in a hybrid environment.
• Ensure SLAs are met with no impact to operational output.
• Coordinate with Third line Lead, Applications Lead and vendors.
• Line management and tasking for JUNO 2nd Line across 3, with priorities set by the 2nd Line Lead.
• Mentor, coach and develop engineers to grow technical and personal skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing JUNO second line technical support and acting as focal point for stakeholders.
• Allocate workforce and resources to triage, diagnose and resolve requests.
• Monitor SD+ to ensure JUNO tickets meet SLA targets.
• Escalate incidents when Level 2 cannot resolve and liaise with higher-level engineers.
• Lead projects and plan current/future tasks to ensure capacity and skills.
