Leidos UK & Europe is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer Team Lead to manage JUNO 2nd Line Engineers across multiple sites, ensuring output aligns with business and user requirements. The role blends leadership, mentoring and technical oversight in a hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate tasking, priorities and escalation with senior stakeholders, manage incidents and outages, and partner with third-line teams to maintain service levels and SLAs.

Formación

• Experience leading a 2nd line engineering team and coordinating with other technical layers.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and allocate tasks to JUNO engineers.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people-management skills.
• Ability to resolve incidents within SLAs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead JUNO 2nd Line Engineers across 3 teams to meet business and user requirements.
• Allocate workforce and resources to triage, diagnose, and resolve issues.
• Mentor engineers and drive career development and performance.
• Coordinate with Third line Lead, Applications Lead, vendors and Authority Resolver Groups.
• Oversee Major incidents and ensure rapid restoration of services.
