Job summary

Hussmann Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop relationships with decision makers for HVAC/R contracting opportunities. You will lead business processes from conception through completion, compiling and managing district sales plans and forecasts.

Responsibilities include forecasting, project scoping, and renewal of service agreements, while coordinating with operations and field teams. Travel within the region is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in account management and sales planning.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R contracting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provides total account business reports and annual forecasts.
• Gathers and validates information; conducts facility walk-throughs.
• Estimates project/service agreements by analyzing equipment and services.
• Prepares, negotiates and reviews project scope and proposals.
• Ensures retention via renewal of service agreements and quotes.
• Plans distribution and movement of projects with store managers and teams.
• Leads transition to operations and coordinates fulfillment activities.
• Conducts cold calls for new construction and remodels in supermarkets.
