Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in Sales/Marketing or closely related field.
• High school diploma with 9+ years in Sales/Marketing or closely related field.
• Progressive client development experience in food retail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate at all levels, including C-level.
• Knowledge of Hussmann refrigeration products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Secure customer orders that meet corporate sales and OI objectives.
• Be on-site with customers to identify issues prior to installation; ensure quality and deliverables.
• Develop relationships with key contacts and refrigeration contractors to drive profitable sales.
• Develop sales plans supporting objectives for sales, OI, market share and account penetration.
• Prepare monthly activity reports and maintain current customer information.
• Attend annual trade shows and participate in industry associations.
• Grow knowledge of Hussmann services, trends, and customer requirements.
• Project management and on-site adaptation to customer needs; take initiative.
• Prepare quotes as needed.
• Biannual customer factory visits.
