The Role

• Produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical D&B projects
• Review drawings, specifications and carry out detailed take-offs
• Work with design teams to optimise solutions for cost and performance
• Assess supplier/subcontractor quotations and prepare bid packages
• Support project managers and engineers to ensure estimates align with delivery plans

What You'll Need

• 7+ years' experience in HVAC/mechanical estimating
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and design principles
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with estimating software/spreadsheets
• HVAC design software knowledge (desirable)
