Job summary

Camlin Energy seeks a Field Service Engineer to join the Global Services Department. You will install, commission and maintain HV monitoring devices, ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and can interact confidently and professionally with customers and team members, to provide services and training on equipment and products.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering qualification or experience equivalent to minimum 2 years’ experience in an engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Camlin and ensure customer needs are prioritized with professional field work.
• Install, commission, service and maintain Camlin HV monitoring devices.
• Prepare field reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide customer training and follow up including on-site visits.
• Support internal trainee training within Field team.
• Travel throughout UK and Ireland as required.
