Job summary

Hitachi Energy UK Limited is seeking a Field Service Technician for high voltage service work. You will lead on-site activities, install/commission equipment, and refurbish power systems while coordinating resources and maintaining safety standards. Remote-friendly UK role with travel to sites.

The role requires HV experience, electrical/mechanical drawing literacy, and ability to manage subcontractors and teams. IPAF/PASMA/CCNSG certifications are a plus; a full UK driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background required for HV service work.
• Experience in High Voltage or power sector installation/service/maintenance.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site HV service activities from start to finish under project manager guidance.
• Coordinate parts, materials, and资源 for each project to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards on site and report progress.
